• Ramp 1: 400°F / 220°C per hour to 1000°F / 538°C — Hold 10 minutes

• Ramp 2: 600°F / 315°C per hour to 1490°F / 810°C — Hold 10 minutes
• Ramp 3: AFAP* to 900°F / 482°C — Hold 60 minutes
• Ramp 4: Kiln off (natural cool)

* AFAP = As Fast As Possible

🔥 Enamel Firing Schedule (Bullseye / COE 90)

• Ramp 300°F/hr (167°C/hr) to 1000°F (538°C) Hold 30 minutes

• Ramp 600°F/hr (333°C/hr) to 1300°F (704°C) Hold 12 minutes

Kiln OFF — cool naturally

1. Cut a 2.25”H x 1.25”W base out of 3mm white opal glass.
2. Layer 2: Cut two pieces of Streaky glass (see supply list below) that fit the base. I used sunset and water color streaky. Glue the pieces down using cheap hairspray as adhesive in a needle tip bottle.
3. Full fuse your pendant to the schedule provided. After firing, leave the shape rounded and organic, as is, or use a glass grinder to square up the piece. You will need to fire polish to 1310 for 20 minutes if you opt to grind your pieces.
4. Using the Silkscreen medium and EZ Fire powder enamels, mix to a smooth paint with a “honey-like” consistency. The recipe is 2 parts powder enamel to 1 part medium. Mix thoroughly for 3 minutes. Date your enamel. The mixed enamel is good for 30-45 days depending on environmental conditions.
5. Place the Mountain Simple Screen on top of your clean pendant and burnish the tacky side down lightly with your thumb. Using your pre-mixed Chocolate enamel paint, along with the rubber tipped tool, stencil the Mountains at the horizon line.
6. I use a small sponge painter and pick apart some of the sponge to give it a rougher edge. Dip this into the white paint and dab it on the base of the mountain as shown. Fire the pendant to the Enamel Firing Schedule provided.
