Glass Display System Is Being Discontinued in the United States
Important news for fused glass artists, studios, galleries, and anyone who uses the Adjustabail Glass Display System: AAE is discontinuing Adjustabail in the United States.
AAE has been the sole U.S. distributor of the Adjustabail Glass Display System, importing these specialized glass display hardware components directly from Europe.
Due to increasing tariffs, import duties, and international importing costs, it is no longer financially sustainable for us to continue importing the Adjustabail product line.
What Does This Mean for Adjustabail Customers?
Our current Adjustabail inventory is the final inventory we will be importing.
Once a size or component sells out, it will not be restocked.
Because AAE is the sole U.S. distributor, once our remaining inventory is gone, Adjustabail will no longer be available through a U.S. distributor.
This is not a temporary inventory shortage. We are not waiting for another shipment, and we do not have plans to resume importing the product.
Adjustabail Is Not Going on Clearance
We are not discounting or placing the remaining Adjustabail inventory on clearance.
If you regularly use Adjustabail display hardware for your fused glass artwork, now is the time to determine what sizes and components you may need for future projects.
Individual products may sell out at different times, and once a particular Adjustabail item reaches zero inventory, we will not be able to replace it.
Why Is AAE Discontinuing Adjustabail?
As a European-made product, Adjustabail must be imported into the United States. Changes in tariffs, duties, and other import-related expenses have significantly increased the cost of bringing the system into the country.
After reviewing these costs, we determined that continuing to import Adjustabail is no longer sustainable for our business.
We know many fused glass artists have relied on these display systems for years, which is why we wanted to provide advance notice while inventory is still available.
Final Adjustabail Inventory Available Now
If Adjustabail is part of how you display fused glass art, freestanding glass panels, glass sculptures, or other kiln-formed glass work, we strongly recommend purchasing the pieces you expect to need before they sell out.
There will be no restocks.
When our remaining Adjustabail inventory is gone, it is gone.
